Metro Productions continues to produce commercial photography, filmmaking, and live-event productions throughout the year, so weddings are not handled through a high-volume studio model. Limiting the number of wedding commissions allows us to give each couple the preparation, creative attention, production planning, and personal involvement that our approach requires.

Rather than establishing a fixed number of weddings that we must fill each year, we evaluate our existing production commitments and accept only the number of weddings we can serve at the level we believe is appropriate.

For 2027, we are reserving only three wedding commissions.

Availability can change as commissions are reserved, particularly for popular wedding dates and destination celebrations.

Yes. Every wedding is different, so we build collections around your schedule, guest count, venue, cultural traditions, and priorities. Coverage can include photography, cinematic video, drone footage where permitted, livestreaming, lighting, audio, staging, and multi-day wedding events.

Yes. While we are located in Atlanta, Georgia, our team works worldwide. We have extensive experience working in the European electrical standards and have completed productions across the US and western Europe. Travel requirements will be discussed and included clearly in your custom proposal for your destination wedding.

Each commission is customized and can include an engagement sitting with announcement video, custom guestbook, rehearsal-dinner coverage, full day wedding coverage and additional production services depending on your plans.

The ideal team depends on your guest count, venue layout, timeline, and desired deliverables. Larger celebrations or events occurring in multiple locations often benefit from additional photographers, cinematographers, and production staff so no important moment is missed. On typical weddings we include an associate photographer, filmmaker, and grips.

Your collection will include a curated high-resolution photo gallery, print-ready images, a cinematic highlight film, a full ceremony video, sizzle reel, a social-media teaser film from the engagement sitting, a custom guest book, and a custom European album or heirloom print products.

Our collections are delivered as fully edited, finished photographs and films—the work we are proud to put our name behind.

RAW files are production materials rather than finished photographs. If you would like to discuss archival access or a complete file buyout, we are happy to explain the options available for your commission.

Delivery timing varies by season and scope of coverage. We provide a clear estimated delivery schedule in your agreement. We do provide a dozen images within two business days of your wedding, a teaser reel within two weeks, and final delivery of images in six to eight weeks. Wedding albums are submitted for production at the delivery of images and the final videos will arrive while you are waiting for your album to be manufactured.

Yes. Metro Productions can provide professional livestreaming using our cameras, cables, audio, lighting, and reliable production support. A direct ethernet connection is required.

Yes. Our production team can support elegant event lighting, ceremony and reception audio, staging, screens, projection, multi-camera video, and technical coordination with your venue, planner, DJ, band, and officiant.

Yes. Professional audio is essential to a meaningful wedding film. We use dedicated microphones, venue or DJ audio feeds when available, and backup recording methods to preserve vows, toasts, and important remarks.

Absolutely. We collaborate closely with planners, venues, florists, DJs, bands, makeup artists, and catering teams to keep the day on schedule and ensure photography, filmmaking, and production work seamlessly together.

We come prepared with professional equipment, lighting solutions, weather-aware contingency planning, and the experience to adapt gracefully when schedules shift. Our focus remains on creating beautiful work while protecting your experience.

Yes. We have several backup cameras, lenses, audio recorders, media, lighting, and redundant file-management practices. Backup equipment and data protection are essential for once-in-a-lifetime events.

Yes. We carry professional business insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance to venues when required.

Yes, we ask that vendor meals be provided for the production team. We coordinate meal timing with your planner so coverage of important events continues uninterrupted.

Your date is officially reserved once your agreement is signed and the required retainer is received. From there, we begin the planning process, coordinate with your vendor team, build a production plan designed around your wedding, and schedule your engagement session and announcement video.

Our production management team manages AV and Production for The Southern Exchange Ballrooms in downtown Atlanta, Georgia. They have extensive experience producing events for the PGA, The Bassmaster Classic, Delta Airlines, Porsche Cars North America, Porsche Financial Services, and the Miss America Pageants.

Elite weddings often involve a sophisticated network of planners, designers, florists, entertainment, caterers, venues, lighting companies, production teams, and other specialists. Our role is to integrate seamlessly into that environment while protecting the visual and emotional story of the wedding.

We communicate directly with planners and venues when appropriate to coordinate timelines, photography locations, access, lighting, audio, ceremony logistics, reception coverage, portraits, production requirements, and contingency plans.
